No. In Saskatchewan, you can book directly with a physiotherapist without a referral. If you have extended health coverage, most plans reimburse physiotherapy without requiring one.

Your first session includes a full assessment, treatment, and an individualized plan. We’ll test mobility, strength, and movement patterns, and you’ll get hands-on treatment plus exercises to start right away.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Something similar to going to the gym. Shorts or a tank top are ideal if we’re assessing shoulders, hips, or knees.

Initial assessments are 60 minutes, and follow-up sessions are 30, 45, or 60 minutes of dedicated 1-on-1 care depending on your needs.

Yes, I direct bill most major insurance providers. If yours isn’t supported, I’ll provide a receipt you can submit for reimbursement.

Absolutely. You don’t need any experience with fitness or working out to work with me. My approach is for anyone who wants to move better, improve mobility, or reduce pain.
